Classes Overview

We offer a number of classes to promote successful movement and injury prevention for all athletes. Check out the descriptions below and come by for a session. Click here to see a weekly class schedule



PiYo isn't like standard Pilates and yoga classes that make you hold long, intense poses, or lead you through dozens of repetitive, microscopic core movements. PiYo speeds everything up—including your results—by introducing you to dynamic, flowing sequences that can burn serious calories at the same time as they lengthen and tone your muscles and increase your flexibility.

HIIT Power pack Workout

Join Brenda for Power Pack - a 45 minute high intensity workout. Power pack is focused on strength and core but brings the cardio with a HIIT style flow.

Are you prepping for an upcoming race or just looking for a workout to help support your running and improve performance?  This is the class for you!  You will focus on the keys to healthy running and gain the strength needed to run faster and longer.

Foam Rolling and core stability 

This 45 minute restorative class is designed to target tight tissues and utilize foam rollers and stretching to loosen up before turning our focus to strengthening the hips and core to leave class more stable for sport.

Indoor Cycle Workout

Bring your bike and trainer to join us for a group training session led by professional triathlete Mackenzie Madison at Recharge Eugene.  Stay for a recovery treatment and/or a refreshing beverage to start your Friday evening.
