We offer a number of classes to promote successful movement and injury prevention for all athletes. Check out the descriptions below and come by for a session. Click here to see a weekly class schedule

PIYO 

PiYo isn't like standard Pilates and yoga classes that make you hold long, intense poses, or lead you through dozens of repetitive, microscopic core movements. PiYo speeds everything up—including your results—by introducing you to dynamic, flowing sequences that can burn serious calories at the same time as they lengthen and tone your muscles and increase your flexibility.

Monday at 6:00-7:00 pm


CORE & Stability

Join us for this 45 minute class that will strengthen your abs, hips and back!

FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH FOR ATHLETES

Are you prepping for an upcoming race or just looking for a workout to help support your training and improve performance?  This is the class for you!  You will focus on the keys to staying healthy and gain the strength needed to go faster and longer. We are now offering Level I and Level II classes

Recharge Yoga

Recharge and start your recovery with this gentle, relaxing class. We will progressively release areas of the body that tend to get tight like the hip flexors, hamstrings, lower back, and shoulders, this class will help with flexibility so you can continue to participate in the activities you love and stay injury free. No yoga experience needed!

HIIT Power pack Workout

Join Brenda for Power Pack - a 45 minute high intensity workout. Power pack is focused on strength and core but brings the cardio with a HIIT style flow.

Foam Rolling and core Strength

This 45 minute restorative class is designed to target tight tissues and utilize foam rollers and stretching to loosen up before turning our focus to strengthening the hips and core to leave class more stable for sport.
